Focus

Yeah, I've got focus. So poke it. For instance, tonight's speed session; pyramid 300, 300, 400, 400, 500, 500, 45 secs recovery between each rep, then repeat backwards. In the rain. And it was good. Total elapsed time, 27.53, whilst not fantastic, was pretty solid.
